The ball of the American standard titanium ball valve is floating. Under the action of the medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and be pressed against the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. American Standard titanium ball valve mainly uses titanium metal material to have good stability and self-passivation ability of oxide film in strong corrosive environment. This feature can resist strong corrosion in various harsh working conditions.

2. American standard titanium ball valve has good sealing performance. The ball valve seat (sealing ring) is generally made of elastic materials such as PTFE, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., which is easy to ensure the sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
3. Stem seal is reliable. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates 90°, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing force of the valve stem reverse seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
