Pre-sale service

1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract: structural length; connection form; nominal diameter, full diameter, reduced diameter, pipe size; operating medium and temperature, pressure range; test and inspection standards and other requirements.
2. Our factory can configure various drive devices according to the specific requirements of customers.
3. If the customer provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition that both the supplier and the buyer have the same understanding.
4. For futures and order customers, please call and tell us in detail the required valve model, specification, quantity, delivery time and location, and remit 20% of the total deposit or full payment in time. Our factory account, and the rest of the payment will be remitted before delivery, so that the delivery can be arranged in time.

In-sale service

1. Under the customer's normal storage, transportation, maintenance and use conditions, if the product cannot be used normally due to the manufacturing quality problem of the product, three guarantees (warranty, return, and replacement) service are provided.
2. When receiving the feedback of quality information, we will put forward a handling opinion within 24 hours, and we will arrive at the scene within 100 hours to deal with the problem. After the normal operation, we will analyze the reason and clarify the responsibility.
3. Provide necessary technical documents and product qualification certificates for ex-factory products.
4. Provide spare parts, spare parts and installation, commissioning, maintenance services in a timely manner according to customer needs or agreements, and provide technical training to relevant customer personnel.

After-sales service

In the process of using the product, if the customer finds that the product cannot be used normally, he can immediately consult the after-sales service department of the marketing center, and explain in detail the model, specification, use environment, failure situation, purchase date and service requirements of the product used.

After the after-sales service department proposes a solution, if it still cannot be solved, it will be decided to send someone or take other measures.
